As a key member of the Culture and Engagement team, you will play a vital role in enabling strategic initiatives, managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
Performs a variety of more complex and advanced administrative workServes as an administrative liaison with others outside of the area or organization. Demonstrates initiative and independence using extensive knowledge of the area of responsibilityMay deal with highly confidential and sensitive informationCompiles information for reports or presentations. Prepares charts, graphs, or tablesMay be responsible for tracking budgets and maintaining financial and personnel records and databasesResponds to correspondence. Edits and proofreads documentsCommunicates with others in person, by telephone, and / or email. May receive and screen visitors, as well as handle general inquiriesAssists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs, and / or special eventsEstablishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stock suppliesMay enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s) and verify data entered into computer by checking printouts / reports for errors and correcting as requiredWorks within established procedures and a moderate degree of supervisionPerforms other duties as assignedEducation :
High School diploma / GED or 10 years of work experienceExperience :
Two years' Executive Assistant experience, 5 years + preferredHealthcare industry experience preferredWork Shift : Day Shift (United States of America)
