JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include explaining vehicle technology to customers, assisting them in downloading phone apps, greeting customers, and following up with customers about their experience.  Evenings and weekends a must! Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

Review vehicle technology features with new customers

Capture images and post on social media

Show customers how to leave online reviews

Customer phone follow up

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent listening / communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
