job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIn-person executive programs and field events Content syndication and outbound nurture Podcasts and survey-based campaigns Thought leadership content distribution Manage GTM campaign calendar and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, operations, and regional field teams Engage regularly with Sales teams to align on target accounts, campaign messaging, lead follow-up, and opportunity influence Track and optimize campaign performance, reporting on key KPIs (MQL, SAL, SQL, pipeline, ROI) Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate lead scoring, routing, attribution, and funnel stage tracking Own and optimize budget allocation across program channels to maximize ROI 3 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software Proven track record building and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive sales pipeline Strong understanding of the buyer's journey, sales cycle, and how to engage buying committees through multi-touch campaigns Experience working with sales teams and regional GTM counterparts Skilled in campaign reporting, funnel analytics, and program optimization Proficient in marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and webinar / event platforms Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills You can grow your career at every level. About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager leads full-funnel demand generation programs for our Direct GTM motion. This role is instrumental in developing and executing integrated campaigns that engage decision-makers, accelerate pipeline, and support multi-product adoption across our portfolio of products.
As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you'll own program strategy and execution for full-funnel programs including webinars, virtual and in-person events, content syndication, podcasts, and survey-based campaignsall aimed at engaging target accounts and driving measurable pipeline impact. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and marketing operations to create campaigns that resonate with decision-makers across the buyer's journey and support our pipeline and revenue goals.
