Strategic Pillars for Partnerships Program
To complement EightPM's earned integration strategy (Frequency, Reach, Authenticity, Protection), the Partnerships pillar should be underpinned by these strategic principles :
Leverage brands' own channels, products, and customer base to amplify the reach of content placements. The goal is to extend the audience beyond passive viewers to active brand followers.
Develop unique co-branded content, products, or experiences that deliver additional storytelling moments. This deepens audience engagement and enhances the authenticity of the placement.
Design mutually beneficial campaigns where both the brand and the production partner have clear incentives to promote the project across paid, owned, and earned media.
Ensure that partnerships deliver real value to audiences whether through exclusive content, experiences, or products, which in turn increases goodwill for both the brand and the show.
EightPM was founded in 2013. We've grown every year and 5x our revenue since 2020. But growth alone isn't our goal.
We're reshaping the marketing landscape. We're making long-form, story-driven content not just a nice-to-have, but an essential pillar of brand strategy. This isn't business as usual. We need to deliver world-class work. Which requires a world-class team with a culture that demands excellence and rewards ambition.
Our first company value is 'People 1st' , meaning we give feedback fairly and constructively, but regularly, to give you the best chance of success. To be the best in the world at what we do, we need experts in our field meaning it's your responsibility to eat, breathe, and sleep pop culture. We're ' office first '. While we offer flexibility through the month, we believe being in the office is the best way to learn, to collaborate, and to grow. It's all about loving coming to work.
Working Hours :
Due to our global operations, flexibility in working hours is essential. You may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate different time zones with our international teams and partners.
