Meta Retail Assistant Manager

Join our Meta Lab Retail team at 697 Fifth Avenue in New York City as we bring Ray-Ban AI Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life. We're seeking a Meta Retail Assistant Manager to help lead the way in creating an engaging, customer-first store experience.

As the Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to guide the retail team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You're a natural problem solver with strong communication skills, making sure the store is well-stocked, organized, and ready to deliver seamless experiences. By supporting immersive, hands-on demos, you'll help customers discover how our wearable and mixed-reality products fit into their lifestyle.

In this role, you will :

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to provide exceptional customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring the space is organized, functional, and customer-ready
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve processes, sales performance, and team training
• Help create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, interactive, and connected to the Meta brand

This is a full-time seasonal position running through the end of February 2026 with the potential to become permanent. Paid training will take place the week of October 27th, and the store is scheduled to open on November 13th. You must have full availability for training

Minimum Pay

USD $75,000.00 / Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $82,000.00 / Yr.

Additional Compensation

Up to 8% annual bonus paid quarterly

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
