Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Child Therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, providing individual and family therapy to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and / or family therapy to children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or psychological needs
- Conduct initial intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers to support the childs overall well-being
- Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches to treatment
- Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and team meetings
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines
- Engage in continued professional development and training
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldLicensure in the state of Illinois (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensureMinimum 1-2 years of experience working with children / adolescents in a clinical settingStrong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skillsPassion for working with children and families from diverse backgroundsBilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) is a plusWhy Join Us?
