A well-established financial institution is seeking a seasoned Commercial Credit Manager to lead its commercial credit analysis and underwriting function. This is role responsible for managing a team of credit professionals, ensuring sound credit practices, and maintaining portfolio quality in alignment with institutional strategy and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of credit analysts
• Oversee the preparation and review of credit analyses, risk ratings, and underwriting
• Collaborate with loan officers and leadership to structure credit requests
• Monitor covenant compliance, concentration risk, and emerging credit concerns.
• Identify and support strategies for problem credits.
• Prepare and present credit quality and portfolio risk reports
• Support internal and external audits

Salary : $95,000 to $120,000
