Given recent successes in our Public Sector market segment we are seeking to have a dynamic and experienced Program Manager join our growing team to lead our large State and Municipal business opportunities. This individual will play a key role in further developing our Public Sector strategy to successfully win and deliver large public and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions and services managing all aspects of the program.

Meridian IT Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex programs spanning multiple state agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully delivering impactful digital transformation projects within the public sector. With at least 5 years of experience managing intricate programs, this individual will be responsible for strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful program outcomes aligned with organizational goals and state agency objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Planning :

• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, in collaboration with stakeholders across multiple state agencies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program progress and success.
• Ensure program alignment with organizational strategic goals and relevant state bid requirements, government policies and regulations.
