The Manager of IT is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing an information technology (IT) strategy that aligns with the company’s business needs, enhances the value proposition, and maintains the highest security standards. This role involves overseeing the organization’s technology architecture and ensuring all IT infrastructure and services meet industry standards. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Manager will oversee the relationships with outside IT consultants to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The Manager of IT will oversee the work of outside IT consultants to ensure alignment with company objectives and adherence to quality standards.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position with a typical workweek of 40 or more hours, with additional hours needed at certain times to support business operations. Employees may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, based on their proven track record and location eligibility. This role requires minimal travel to Orlando office.
Physical Demands :
Nearly always work indoors in an office setting with windows, using a computer, telephone and other office equipment. The noise level is low, typical of that of an office. May encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, type, and communicate with others.
Expected Salary Range :
The expected salary range offered for this position is $140,000-$160,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on various factors including, but not limited to, experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary bonus or commissions.
