We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Merchandiser for distributors of health, beauty and general household goods. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including :
- Sourcing and Purchasing : Sourcing new products, negotiating with suppliers, and placing purchase orders.
- Sales Planning : Developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales data.
- Market Analysis : Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Product Development : Identifying and launching new products that meet market demands.
- Inventory Management : Overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Sales Support : Providing sales support to the sales team, including training and product knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license
- PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Japanese fluency required
- Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
- Experience in manufacturing, wholesaling, and / or retail (including e-commerce) is preferred, but not required
Salary : $48,000 + bonuses
