Salary Range : $95,000 - $105,000
Job Summary :
The Director of Development and Donor Relations at Journey Mental Health Center (JMHC) will be a strategic, results-driven, creative and innovative donor development, donor relationship, and advocacy professional.
Key Responsibilities include the development, implementation and direction of purposeful Journey fundraising strategies that will meaningfully engage and motivate donors in the attainment of fund development goals.
This individual will be an ambassador for the organization and will build strong relationships with volunteers, donors and community leaders.
The Director of Development will oversee all JMHC fundraising strategies, eventually recruiting, directing and managing a fundraising staff and volunteers to engage, solicit and secure donations through various fundraising activities.
