About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Network Growth Manager. This role will report to our Director - Provider Relations. What You'll Do :
- Routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state, federal regulations and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories
- Detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
- Must be able to problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
- Must be able to travel frequently to assigned service area
- Other duties assigned by department Manager
Qualifications :
- At least two (2) years' experience in provider network scope of services
- Strong understanding of Managed Care Operations (., Quality, HEDIS, HCC,
- Minimum of two (2) years’ customer service, provider services or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven in MS office programs (., Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
