- Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top candidates for engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and managerial roles in the HVAC industry.
- Sourcing and Mapping : Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, create talent pipelines, and map out the competitive landscape.
- Candidate Identification : Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine the best cultural and technical fit for AIRSYS.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner closely with hiring managers across manufacturing, R&D, and sales departments to understand staffing needs, and provide expertise in hiring strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation for key technical and management positions.
- Recruitment Metrics : Track, report, and improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Growth Support : As the business grows, adapt and scale recruitment efforts to meet increasing hiring needs while maintaining quality and speed.
Job Requirements Qualifications :
- Experience : 8-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a strong background in commercial HVAC, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Expertise : Proven ability to source, identify, and hire for technical and senior management roles, particularly in engineering and sales.
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry, including familiarity with key roles and skills in manufacturing, R&D, and sales functions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Tools : Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure efficient hiring processes and strong candidate experiences.
