  • evaluate resources in real-time to adapt to the marketEnsure new hire paperwork and all other onboarding has been administered and verified for anyone slated for hireComplete professional reference checks on select candidatesConduct background checks and coordinate other screening steps needed for associates to include drug testsCoordinate employee start details in a detailed, accurate, and positive mannerParticipate in goals to identify business leads and prospective customersInput data and information into HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposesAttend office meetings and scheduled events;
  • participate in office closing rotationParticipate in continuing education opportunities led by internal Training and Development teamComplete additional projects as needed and other duties as assignedEducation / Experience Requirements : 4-year degree preferredRelevant professional experience preferred;
  • staffing or recruiting is a plusStrong communication skills with ability to effectively navigate different types of relationshipsHigh energy level with a positive outlook, sense of urgency, and an interest in supporting team camaraderieInterest in innovation and solutions-oriented mindset;
