ASRC Federal is seeking a dynamic Management Analyst with an active Secret clearance to support a government contract located in Washington, DC.

Summary :

The Management Analyst will provide the business management and program and process improvement services needed to support the mission and requirements of the Department of Justice, United States National Central Bureau of INTERPOL (USNCB).

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work weekly.

Responsibilities :

  • Reviews and documents current administrative processes and procedures.
  • Assesses administrative programs, policies, and procedures to identify gaps.
  • Creates reports that include project timelines, status, findings, and recommendations for process / program improvement.
  • Creates and / or completes documents (e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc.) to respond to data calls or general information requests.
  • Develops and uses metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and procedures implemented.
  • Develops and / or implements project management tools / technology to track administrative tasks.
  • Assists with testing and implementing appropriate technology to enhance administrative processes and procedures.
  • Schedules, attends, and documents meetings.
  • Submits weekly timesheets and activity reports to their government lead

This position is offering a pay range of $29.57-44.35 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.

Experience / Education / Requirements :

  • Must possess active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least two (2) years of executive support or general administrative experience
  • Must have Good writing and computer skills.
  • Must be highly skilled and have expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and a working knowledge of Access and Publisher
  • Must have expertise in creating Adobe forms that include numerical calculations, drop down menus, numbering sequences, and table formatting.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a government background investigation.
