An exciting and growing Global Digital Marketing & Digital Technology Agency are looking to bring in a US based Senior Agency Director to join their talented team of digital professionals, a great opportunity to join a fast-growing agency with a global presence and an impressive roster of multinational enterprise clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team, advise & strategize with current clients, focus on new relationships and be part of a growing team.
The Role :
- You’ll spearhead the strategy and development for integrated projects and ensure ever-improving service across multiple clients
- Partnering with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team
- Displaying powerful presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomes
- Ensuring work is client-ready by paying astute attention to detail
- Leading cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives
- Partnering with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal year(s), and working closely with Delivery Management and Client Finance on forecasting, billing, and reconciling fee and PT budget

- To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills
- Removing barriers to success for the team
- Actively seeking and sharing knowledge with your project teams and within the Account Management & Project Management capabilities
- Partners with client and internal cross-capability team members to ensure documentation for clients is client-ready prior to any client meetings while actively participating in both internal and client meetings
