About this role
A design focused hospitality firm is looking for a passionate Project Manager with hospitality interior architecture experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple complex hospitality projects throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and presentation materials
- Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues
- Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Design and construction documentation
- Research products and specifications
- Delegate work to and mentor junior staff
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple projects and overseeing teams
- 5 years of hospitality and food & beverage experience
- Interior architecture hospitality experience
- Experience with all phases of design and construction
- Strong design, communication, and technical skills
- AutoCAD proficiency is required
- Revit & Rhino experience is a plus
