job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Department : Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Shipping / QC, Returns, Pads, Put Away, Unloading, Loading
• The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for provide a positive experience for our end customers purchasing rugs and Perform an array of functions to include receiving, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, organizing, and retrieving inventory in the warehouse
• Assist Shipping & Receiving unloading trucks and containers
• Order preparation and processing
• Pick rugs and other materials from heights of up to 25ft
• Sort and stock rugs and other materials on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards
• Create Inventory and Put-Away, Inventory Control and Audit
• Prepare parcels for shipment
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat by using proper housekeeping
• Wear and correctly use the proper safety equipment including steel toed shoes and a safety harness

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
