Join our team and you'll be home to play on the weekends!The position of Warehouse Associate will be based out of Santa Clara, CA!Warehouse Associate I, II, and Senior levels : Employee’s level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.

For the state of California only, the pay range is $17.00 to $19.00, depending upon qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.

What You’ll DoContribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, Environmental Health and Safety Rules, and immediately address safety concernsReceive material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses.

Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing listKeep incoming orders stocked on shelves orderly and in designated area and reports freight damage claimsPrepare branch orders from the warehouse and ensure that the correct number and type of product is being shippedProcess paperwork regarding shipments including but not limited to;

verify that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, apply the correct postage tape and label, follow customer shipping instructions and, insure the shipment when necessaryOperate machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when requiredLoad common carrier and company vehiclesInspect and perform minor maintenance on equipmentPerform inventory counts and reconcile any discrepanciesMake deliveries to branches / customers as neededAssist with other warehouse or branch duties as neededOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
