SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) is a full-service consulting engineering firm based in downtown Manhattan providing services in civil, structural, transportation engineering, bridge & facility inspection, construction management & inspection and lighting design.
We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.
SI Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant based in our Downtown New York office. We are seeking a candidate to work with firm principals to manage proposals, and other marketing efforts.
Experience in the A / E / C industry is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Updating and maintaining records of marketing materials
- Developing new marketing materials, typically utilizing Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Office suite
- Assisting in developing proposals and responses to solicitations that highlight our firm's expertise and strategic approach
- Compilation of materials required for proposals, including coordination between parties
- Creating original content for the proposal including cover letters, summaries, and developing exceptional graphics
- Reviewing and editing marketing materials, resumes, and proposals
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality and consistency
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft office skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple pursuits and / or tasks from inception to completion
Expected salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
