Job Summary :
The Cafe Chef, is a critical leadership position within the culinary team, acts as the right hand to the Executive Chef, assisting in coordinating all aspects of kitchen operations.
This role demands a combination of culinary excellence, leadership, and operational management skills. The Café Chef plays a key role in menu development, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, high-quality kitchen environments
- Advanced culinary skills, including knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food trends
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to multitask and lead priorities successfully
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations and practices
- Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
