Customer Care Representative
Job Title : Customer Care Representative (Credit Union) Location : Washington DC Must : have 1 year of credit union or banking experience Salary : $19-$20 / hr.
Major Duties : Provides member services as opening new accounts, transfer funds, wire transfers, order checks, corrections, etc.
Cross-sells CU products and services and handles tickets and chats. Responds to questions and / or provides information upon request from members (internal and external).
Processes requests / transactions, as appropriate. Assists members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software.
