This publicly traded, International MRO organization in North Carolina is seeking a VP of SALES to lead its aggressive global growth objectives.
We’re seeking a strategic, business savvy HUNTER with an aviation aftermarket sales / business development background . You would report directly to the CEO and manage a small global sales team.
Due to a pending retirement (approx. 4-6 months), you’ll have access to the incumbent's success and knowledge to ensure a successful transition.
- You will play a significant role in creating a vision to grow the commercial aftermarket maintenance, repair & overhaul division, manage an established portfolio of existing customers and capture new business opportunities with airlines, OEMs and service centers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create winning proposals and communicate effectively with global customers to meet their needs quickly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience with MRO sales within the Aircraft / Aviation sector
- Part 145, ideally major components / parts
- Strong leadership traits to mentor and develop a solid team to deliver competitive proposals and engage with customers across the globe.
- Extensive travel 40% domestic + 10% International
- US Citizenship required
