Our new Personal Lines team member needs to be organized, detail-oriented, have an understanding of policy coverages, and provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects.
In this role, it is crucial to have the ability to multi-task and seamlessly pivot from one task to another. While this position is HYBRID, it reports into our Bloomfield Hills, MI office.

Handle client / carrier service requests
Assist producers and clients with their renewal needs
Identify account rounding and upsell opportunities
Quote new business prospects
Assist in claims situations

Friendly and willing to provide assistance to clients and co-workers alike
Computer and typing skills Experience with Applied Systems, Inc. products (Epic, CSR24, etc) preferred
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
High-Value client experience
Must be able to critically analyze in all situations and solve problems efficiently
Strong carrier relationships
2 + years of prior personal lines insurance experience
Current P&C License
