Warehouse Specialist

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm, overtime may be required. Hours may be flexible.

Established and growing Wireless Telecommunications Company with its headquarters located in Corona, CA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Specialist.

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Specialist is to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including material handling, data entry, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the warehouse and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse, administrative, and inventory experience in the construction industry. Must be an independent self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and handle frequently changing priorities.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Responsibilities :

• Schedule and drive to vendor sites to pick up or RMA materials
• Tag, wrap and store materials onto racking using a forklift or reach truck as required
• Assist with ordering of warehouse supplies, equipment, supplies, and services
• Accurately track all project and warehouse related inventory and assets
• Receive and enter into inventory any excess materials from completed projects
• Track and maintain test gear
• Assist with occupational health and safety procedures

Skills & Qualifications :

• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
• Knowledge of the logistics industry with 1-2 years of experience
• Administrative skills with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
• Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform job tasks accurately and efficiently
• Abide by Industry Safety Standards
• Have a clean driving record and have a current personal auto insurance policy
• Independent, self-starter with the ability to also work effectively in a team situation
• Read, understand and follow oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and function calmly in stressful situations.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Must have a flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Willingness to provide moderate housekeeping as needed
• Must be able to work in an office and / or warehouse environment and safely use warehouse equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 (lbs) and withstand prolonged periods of walking and / or standing
• High school diploma

Offered pay will be based on experience. All applicants must pass a pre-employment Drug and Physical Fitness Test. Background and Reference Checks are required and must be cleared prior to becoming an employee.
