Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support an organization within CBP to assist with acquisition documentation, briefings, and other strategic communications.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have an active active Custom & Border Protection Agency Background Investigation clearance.
You will be developing case management applications, assisting system developers by answering questions and providing clarification on user stories developed from stakeholder requirements;
advise developers on key system functions and capabilities. Additionally, you will provide strategic communications to consistently inform internal and external federal stakeholders.
Communications will provide background information on the project's purpose and capabilities, implementation timeline, and system training materials for users.
The support will require close coordination with CBP stakeholders to align messaging with leadership objectives and to ensure federal users receive accurate information.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelors degree
- Active Custom & Border Protection Agency Background Investigation clearance
- 1+ years in federal government or consulting
