- GR supplies and materials for the entire plant
- Deals directly with delivery drivers
- Unloads the supplies and materials
- Delivers the supplies to each department
- Labels any skids / creates delivered to east dock
- Label maintenance parts with WO information
- Process GR for any deliveries received on a PO in SAP including after hour delivers to dock
- Resolve any open Esker work flows
- Process GRS for service invoices
- Scan / Forward any invoices to vendor for AP approval
- Attend metal scrap trailer
- Create Shipping labels for outbound packages
- Match roll manifest to GR
- Verify all delivers
- Load Capacity planning
- Back up Planner / Scheduler
Requirements
- High School diploma and 3 - 5 years experience in warehousing and transportation.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have knowledge in Transportation principles and function
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Ability to make independent and sound business judgment under pressure.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Knowledge of computerized logistics systems and PC software.
- SAP experience preferred
