Job Description

Day shift (7am-3 : 30pm) CMM inspector needed for aerospace quality team in Brea, CA. Flexible with schedule to do part time hours during 7am-3 : 30pm if working a 2nd shift position currently.

Pay will start at $32 an hour and can go higher depending on experience. Looking for Verisurf programming experience.

• The CMM Inspector performs inspection activities on a variety of manufactured aviation parts and other precision machined components.
• S / he is responsible to ensure full compliance to product requirements with the end in mind of providing Manufacturing customers with first-time, quality, on-time delivery.
• The Inspector reads and interprets materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures.
• S / he uses technology and tools to inspect materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to specifications.
• S / he tests and measures finished products and assemblies for functioning, operations, accuracy or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications.
• S / he marks items for acceptance or rejection, records test results and inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.
• S / he prepares reports and maintains inspection records in accordance with Quality standards and requirements.
