The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as a trusted advisor and key strategist to the CEO, responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across all divisions, including music, content production, merchandising, and brand partnerships.
This position requires a deep understanding of the entertainment and music industries and proven experience in managing complex, high-stakes projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Executive Support : Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their priorities and ensuring key initiatives are completed on time.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies, driving growth in the music and entertainment sectors.
- Cross-Departmental Leadership : Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across different departments, including music production, marketing, legal, finance, and talent management.
- Project Management : Lead high-impact projects, ensuring they are executed with precision, meet deadlines, and are aligned with the company’s goals.
- Operational Efficiency : Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows, internal communications, and company processes to increase overall productivity.
- Stakeholder Management : Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, artists, and executives, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up.
- Team Development : Work closely with department heads to mentor and develop high-performing teams, setting clear goals and maintaining accountability.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience in a similar Chief of Staff or senior leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or music industry.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and manage high-priority projects with discretion and excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with experience in driving operational efficiency and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the music business, from artist management to content creation and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
