Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Cary, NC. Interested?
Here's what you'd do :
- Manages all preventative maintenance work by contractual obligations and due date assignments.
- Responds to incoming customer requests for preventative maintenance scheduling and make outgoing contact to ensure all end-to-end activities occur ahead of system-specific due dates.
- Manages engagement milestones to ensure on-time completion and identify actions needed to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and room availability for maintenance performance.
- Reacts to changing priorities and can engage with customers and internal partners to reschedule planned work when needed.
- Provides reports on progress and actions regularly by researching, documenting, and presenting findings.
- Independently perform important areas of standard professional-level work that typically needs processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues.

Pay : $27.00 / hr.
Hours : 40 hrs / Week (1st shift)
Length : Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good PC skills
- Communication skills needed, both verbal and written
- Able to demonstrate the ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance
