Our client at LHH is searching for a Quality Manager to join their team near the Springfield / Dayton, OH area. If you have a strong foundation in Quality roles and have leadership experience, this could be a great fit!
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
- Lead and manage quality control teams to ensure product and process compliance
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Quality roles
- Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and Continuous Improvement projects
- ISO 9001, TS 16949 proficiency
- Multi-shift leadership experience
- Metalworking, Metal Stamping, CNC, and / or metal spinning experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
