Client Consultation : Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized guidance.
Inbound Calls : Manage incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and proposing effective solutions.
Policy Customization : Create and recommend insurance plans that align with each client's individual needs.
Cross-selling / Bundling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies.
Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to our Agency.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide well-informed recommendations.
Requirement
Licensing : Current Active Property & Casualty License required in ANY STATE! We will pay for your non-resident RI & MA license'.
Will train the right candidate if currently unlicensed-
Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus : A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while maintaining productivity.
