Bindery Operator - Rotary Die-Cut Machines

As a B indery Operator specializing in die-cut machines at RPI Print, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cards of various sizes and shapes using the MBO Bograma Rotary Die-Cutter.
This is a full-time role that may require overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate the Rotary Die-Cutter to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain high output standards without sacrificing quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively to execute production plans and train other operators.
- Take on other bindery equipment and general responsibilities as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing role.
- Experience in print manufacturing a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting die-cut machines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring product quality.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and an understanding of production data.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
