The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Distribution Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Austin, TX.

Job Description :
Pay : $21 / hour to start!
Key Responsibilities include :
- Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse
- Uses computer system for tracking logging verifying and reporting.
- Follows shipping practices and procedures and transportation routing schedules and requirements
- Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. (Un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products raw stock assemblies parts building materials office suppliers’ equipment etc.
- Verifies quantity weight and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system processes freight bills packing sheets and other documents;
reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
Responsible for labeling Warehouse experience in shipping and received Able to handle and coordinate case scheduling needs Computer experience in e-mails, excel, word documents as well as run an internal S&N software program (very easily taught)
- Coordinate local courier runs and pickups
- Deliver equipment to Hospital if / when needed
- Scan in and out implant sent from warehouse to cover cases
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required .
- 1+ years of experience required .
- Moderate computer skills preferred; MS Office is a plus!
