US - Distribution Associate-Jr

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Distribution Associate.

As a Distribution Associate, your responsibilities :

Job Summary :

• Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
• Uses computer system for tracking logging verifying and reporting.
• Follows shipping practices and procedures and transportation routing schedules and requirements.
• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.

Un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products raw stock assemblies parts building materials office suppliers equipment etc.

• Verifies quantity weight and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system processes freight bills packing sheets and other documents.
• Reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
• Responsible for labeling
• Warehouse experience in shipping and received
• Able to handle and coordinate case scheduling needs Computer experience in e-mails, excel, word documents as well as run an internal software program (very easily taught)
• Coordinate local courier runs and pickups
• Deliver equipment to Hospital if / when needed Scan in and out implant sent from warehouse to cover cases

Job Qualifications :

• Education High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience Minimum 3-6 years

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : Between $20.00 to $21.00 Per Hour on W2

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
