We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our Mesquite, TX team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with gyms and fitness centers to showcase the value of our diverse product range.
Your ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions will be essential to driving sales and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients within the fitness industry, including gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers.
- Sales Calls : Conduct high-volume outbound calls to establish relationships with decision-makers, effectively presenting the benefits of retailing our products.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including energy drinks, protein supplements, snack items, and fitness accessories, to effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Consultative Selling : Assess client needs and recommend suitable products, providing solutions that enhance their retail offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Up and Relationship Management : Nurture leads and existing accounts through consistent follow-up, ensuring ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales metrics, including calls made, leads generated, and sales closed, using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and stay updated on new products and promotions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or nutrition industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of the sports nutrition market.
