What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on key communication and operational initiatives
- Serve as the communication lead for Field Sales, delivering key information to sales teams
- Develop partnerships with the Austin customer center and the dedicated BOTOX Therapeutic team
- Lead sales efforts within the migraine portfolio and develop sales activity dashboards
- Create and manage sales contests that align with key drivers for the sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum of five years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry; previous experience as a Sr. District Manager is required
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills along with dynamic leadership attributes
- Advanced organizational and administrative skills to execute programs in alignment with business objectives
- Ability to influence and build rapport with employees and external customers at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Prior experience in marketing and / or sales training
- Strong clinical product, customer, and disease state knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of buy and bill / part B / procedural products and markets
