Position Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supporting Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office products
- Assist in performing basic network support tasks involving user account maintenance
- Assist in problem solving IT related issues
- Responsible for providing mobile and VoIP support for company phones
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair systems and peripheral devices as necessary.
- Order, setup and maintain of all company issued phones, laptops and hot spots
Required Skills
- Experience with re-installing systems and imaging systems
- Experience with Ethernet and Wireless networking protocols
- Experience with Verizon phone system, iPhones and Androids
Required Experience
- 1+ years of IT Technician experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, certification & training
- MCDST, A+, Network +, MCP certifications or equivalent job experience
