Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to develop strategic goals and budgets for organizational impact and financial sustainability

Ensure effective service delivery and financial management, including compliance and evaluation of programs

Lead board engagement and oversee cross-functional projects while addressing organizational challenges and risks

Required Qualifications

10+ years of executive-level leadership experience in a high-performing organization

Proven track record in managing diverse, high-performing teams and operationalizing processes

Strong financial acumen with a preference for an M.B.A. or related graduate degree

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with measurable impact

Ability to navigate sensitive issues and optimize leadership time for mission-critical work
