We're hiring a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep at two apartment communities in Beaverton and Cornelius. This is a stable, long-term role with no weekends required. The position focuses on minor repairs and regular upkeep-ideal for someone who enjoys light maintenance work and takes pride in keeping properties in good condition.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs (leaky faucets, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
• Complete interior and exterior painting touch-ups as needed
• Handle general groundskeeping, including trash pickup and basic landscaping tasks
• Respond to tenant work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Rotate between two fixed sites throughout the week
• Be available for on-call emergencies during off-hours
