Responsibilities :
- Reporting to plant manager and working with cross functional teams to for develop, implement, and measuring processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
- Implement best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement and safety goals are met.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in food production manufacturing environment.
- 5 years of experience in management role
- Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
