We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Software Administrator to join our team. The Commissioning Software Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining commissioning software systems, developing and managing data reports, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Manage commissioning software, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain data reports using Microsoft Office Suites and PowerBI.
• Utilize Smartsheet for tracking progress and managing outputs.
• Maintain organizational charts and employee contact information.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary attendees are informed.
• Take detailed meeting notes and distribute minutes as required.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including providing necessary resources and information.

Skills Required :

Technical Proficiency in Software Management : The ability to effectively manage, configure, and troubleshoot commissioning software systems is crucial.

This includes understanding the technical aspects of software setup and maintenance, as well as resolving any issues that may arise.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Proficiency in creating and managing data reports using tools like Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PowerBI is essential.

This skill involves analyzing data, generating meaningful reports, and presenting information in a clear and actionable format.

Organizational and Communication Skills : Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, tracking progress with tools like Smartsheets, and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating meetings, taking detailed notes, and distributing minutes are also important Importance : Ensures smooth administrative operations, effective team coordination, and accurate documentation, which are key for maintaining project timelines and facilitating team collaboration

Education / Licenses / Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (with a focus on commissioning), or Business Administration.
