Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leadership : Run the floor or kitchen, ensuring a positive experience for both employees and guests.
- Team Management : Interview, hire, train, develop, and coach your team to achieve their best.
- Operational Tasks : Manage inventory, complete front and back-of-house orders, ensure food safety, quality, and presentation, and support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours.
