MainResponsibilities :

• Greeting ourcustomers and making sure they have a great experience as you fueland wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readinessinspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenanceitems are done
• Helping make sure ourfacilities are clean, safe environments for our customers andassociates
• Building your skills throughtraining and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such asinstalling mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires andperforming preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned bysupervisor

GeneralRequirements :

• High schooldiploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage(preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• The associate will be required to understand and complywith specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, orother information established by Penske management
• The associate must be able to perform all work adheringto DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies;including but not limited to the correct selection and use ofappropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established bestsafety practice.
• Regular, predictable, fullattendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specificlocation required, complete Penske employment application, submitto a background screening (to include criminal checks, pastemployment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen andphysical as required by the Department of Transportation, andpotential travel within a near geography for training arerequired.

This position is regulated by theDepartment of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive bythe company, and the ability to work in a constant state ofalertness and in a safe manner is required.

Associates must havethe ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as wellas the safety of others.

• The associate must beable to regularly lift and / or move up to 50lbs / 23kg andoccasionally lift and / or move up to 100lbs / 45kg.
