Your Role :
As our Manager Communicationsyou will spearhead internal and external communication strategy forour firm including firmwide executive communications.
You willreport to the Chief Marketing Officer and the position is based inour Los Angeles office.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Partner with seniorexecutives and specific departments to conceptualize compose andedit communications firmwide.
- Lead and executecommunication campaigns andprojects.
- Handle mediarelations press releases enhancing firm’s public imageand publicfacingcommunications.
- In collaboration withkey stakeholders drive the preparation for presentations andinternal events by drafting speeches talking points and relatedmaterials.
- Write and editresources in support of communication projects.
- R eviewrecommend and pursue opportunities to refine communicationprocesses.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years ofrelevant experience in a communications role at a law firm publicrelations / communications firm or in another professional servicesenvironment
- Experience inemployee engagement and communications strategies ideally gained inthe legal or professional servicessectors
- Superb writing andediting ss and a proven ability to tailor content to achievedistinct objectives and engage targetaudiences
- Must have exceptionalorganizational interpersonal and project management ss and superiorattention to detail.
- Ability to manage andexecute multilevel projects simultaneously and work collaborativelyacross teams and offices.
- Bachelor’sdegree is required with an advanced degree in English Communicationor soing comparable is highlypreferred
- Project Managementplatform experience is highlypreferred
- Ability to work in afastpacedenvironment
