Manager Communications (Onsite)

Your Role :
As our Manager Communications you will spearhead internal and external communication strategy for our firm including firmwide executive communications.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and the position is based in our Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior executives and specific departments to conceptualize compose and edit communications firmwide.
- Lead and execute communication campaigns and projects.
- Handle media relations press releases enhancing firm’s public image and publicfacing communications.
- In collaboration with key stakeholders drive the preparation for presentations and internal events by drafting speeches talking points and related materials.
- Write and edit resources in support of communication projects.
- R eview recommend and pursue opportunities to refine communication processes.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a communications role at a law firm public relations / communications firm or in another professional services environment
- Experience in employee engagement and communications strategies ideally gained in the legal or professional services sectors
- Superb writing and editing ss and a proven ability to tailor content to achieve distinct objectives and engage target audiences
- Must have exceptional organizational interpersonal and project management ss and superior attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and execute multilevel projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams and offices.
- Bachelor’s degree is required with an advanced degree in English Communication or soing comparable is highly preferred
- Project Management platform experience is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
