The Sr. Talent Strategist will play a critical role the long term growth and success of the credit union. They will develop, plan, design, deliver and evaluate a wide range of learning activities aligned with strategic initiatives, culture, and business results.

The Strategist will analyze trends and best practices in learning technology and instructional design and applies principles of adult learning and instructional design & delivery techniques.

This individual will also be responsible for attracting and hiring in top talent for assigned business units. This position will be based onsite in our Deptford, NJ office and may have the ability to work a hybrid schedule based on business need.

In this role you will : Coordinate the development, implementation, and updating of training programs.Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers and business leaders to maximize effectiveness of recruiting and training processes.

Present employee training sessions in a classroom setting in corporate office and branches in the South Jersey / Philadelphia region or virtually when needed.

Works with Training Director to update and develops new training programs to meet current needs and conveys related information to branch personnel and management.

Determine effective instructional methods, conduct individual and / or group training, demonstrations, and workshops; select or develop training aids such as handbooks, visual aids, and tutorials.

Collaborate with department managers during initial intake to identify and draft accurate job postings, hiring criteria and interview guides to select top talent using best practices.

Source and attract candidates by using all available means and staying abreast with industry trends and latest market intelligence to inform successful recruitment strategies.

Stewards a positive end to end candidate experience to ensure that it reflects the company brand and core values, promoting the company's reputation as "best place to work.

Screens applications and selects qualified candidates Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resource leaders during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, negotiating and preparing offers.

Conduct training sessions for new employees in clerical or administrative positions, teller or member services operations, and other areas of the credit union.

Develop, implement, and conduct ongoing training programs that support the growth and direction of the credit union.Coaches, develops and motivates credit union employees and evaluates their performance while in training.

Ensure ongoing training for all branches as needed, which may require local travel.Assistance with branch and administrative staff with operational training, certification programs, and special projects.

Poison Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of related experience in banking, call center, credit union, or similar in a facilitator role.

1+ year experience in talent assessment or recruiting, ideally for customer facing positions.Experience developing training materials (e.

g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)Excellent leadership and communication skills including public speaking experience.

Training and / or recruiting certification preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExperience with Learning Management Software (LMS) and Applicant Tracking systems (ATS)The ideal candidate will have : Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain influence and buy -in for ideasAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
