We are seeking a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing a proactive local marketing strategy to engage existing and potential customers through innovative marketing techniques.
Our focus is on building positive relationships and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities : Build and maintain a positive public image for our clients.
Ensure that messages align with and support marketing strategies. Develop and execute marketing communications campaigns.
Promote products and services through effective public relations initiatives. Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, community members, employees, and public interest groups.
Coordinate the flow of information and communication according to our strategic plans. Provide coaching to client representatives on effective communication strategies for public and internal interactions.
Requirements : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Effective team player with strong collaborative skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task follow-up. Capable of working well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
