We are seeking a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing a proactive local marketing strategy to engage existing and potential customers through innovative marketing techniques.

Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain a positive public image for our clients.
- Ensure that messages align with and support marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing communications campaigns.
- Promote products and services through effective public relations initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, community members, employees, and public interest groups.
- Coordinate the flow of information and communication according to our strategic plans.
- Provide coaching to client representatives on effective communication strategies for public and internal interactions.
Requirements :
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Effective team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task follow-up.
- Capable of working well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
