Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy for clients three years of age and older.

The person in this position will work with clients and families / natural supports to assess their strengths and needs in order to determine the type(s) of treatment modalities needed and then provide those services directly.

Qualifications : Must have a Mental Health License in North Carolina (i.e. LCSW / A, LCMHC / A), and a Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.

Minimum Salary and Median Salary

Associate License $46K and $47.5

Fully licensed $51K and $55K

Location : Fayetteville, NC

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide the following services : ·

• Conduct initial Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine if criteria for mental health diagnosis and treatment are met.
• Recommend types of treatment modalities and evidenced-based practices needed and provide these services directly or by referral.
• Work with clients and families / natural supports to assess client strengths and needs.
• Assist families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services.
• Document treatment and review treatment thru the use of service notes, client treatment plans, and treatment assessment tools.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
